Finally It Emerged!
Last Wednesday, I was extraordinarily fascinated to know that the screening of primer sets to obtain large band (> 10 kb) of MaSp from lyoni has been fruitful! The process was painstaking one where I had to perform LD-PCR about 5 hours each time to screen for the right primers and condition. The band was so huge but not so sharp. Since I have omitted the use of other primers, I can now focused on optimizing the band for sharper one. Crossing fingers to get a good, intense sharp band!
