A Success in Establishing the Lab Culture of Phorid Fly

AFter a month of trial and errors, I finally managed to establish a lab culture of Phorid fly on Drosophila medium previously adapted from my SV's lab. STarting with a pair of flies that accidentally fed on the medium; previously used for Drosophila, the pair has laid hundreds of eggs. From this culture, the developed flies produced the third generation of phorid flies' culture as shown in the figure below. Now, I have a continuous, stably culture to feed on the spiderlings soon.
