Yet Another Failure....

Yesterday, I was in the state of confidence when I loaded the 2 ul and 2.5 ul of cDNA that I previously prepared would yield the desired band of MaSp..And so, with careful and gentle pipetting, I took care of the sample prep steps. Once the tubes were placed inside the thermocycler, there I waited for 6 hours with a hope that the band would show itself. Alas, after the long wait, I could only laugh and threw the gel inside the bin with despair..I was speechless after the 8th trial..
