The End of the Long Wait
Today, I was so relieved to know that our new lab equipment; the nanodrop and benchtop microcentrifuge can be used starting from tomorrow! Most importantly, I will be the first one to lay my hands on. Tomorrow, I will proceed with the RNA extraction and immediately after that, read the concentration and simultaneously convert it to cDNA so that on Wednesday, I can continue with the MaSp-CL's good intense band procurement. Crossing fingers to this!
