Another Attempt
This morning though it is Hari Raya Qorban, I still went to the lab to do the labwork which was to extract the total RNA from Lyoni babies. This time, I repeated the same step like I did last time during the first two times. Using about 25 to 30 spiderlings, I managed to obtain the approximate concentration! Ok at least, it was reproducible! Thank God.. Tomorrow, I will proceed with synthesizing cDNA and hopefully to get the bands of MaSp (>10kb) of interest! Crossing fingers for this...
