Spider Web~~The Science of Spidroinology

I have always intrigued with spider web ever since I firmly pondered at it on one fine evening nine years ago with my junior. At that time, I was thinking what if we can produce beneficial products out of spider web silks; not from the silk itself. Of course, the idea was somehow absurd and I did not think it could be done. But again, here I am at this stage; trying to fulfill the words I uttered nine years ago to make it a 'dream come through' thing! Though I know it would take few years to do so, but I do believe with great passion, patience and effort, I would one day definitely succeed for this!

 

This is a web constructed by an Anepsion spider, relatively small orb-web spider that I found in my lawn.
