Plasmid Preparation for Sequencing

So today is the D-day for plasmid prep. This is because I am going to do the sequencing for the full seq of MaSpCL.. Hopefully everything will be ok as I do not want the previous tragedy to occur again hehe.. After digestion with RE, they were gel cut and packed for courier before 6 pm today. Yosh, hope to see them reach the destination tomorrow and go well with the sequencing..
