Making the Guide

Yeah, finally the guide oligo has arrived! This would be the 2nd final peak of my research. To synthesize a guide that can cut MaSpCL with high efficiency to create CRISPR spidey. The guide oligo was designed based on the target sequence and today, I am going to create the guide into one single system consisting the target sequence as well as the part of the CRISPR. Hopefully, it works.. Crossing fingers to this yosh!
