The One's Arrival

Hey folks,

This morning, I have received the long awaiting the ONE a.k.a EZ Injector as a DIY microinjector for my CRISPR Cas9 project in the future~~After went through the device, I was really relieved to find out that the injector works exactly like the microinjector unit in the lab I used to work before! Only that I need to figure out how to DIY a small volume less than 1 ul using this device as the lowest volume it could inject is 10 ul. Anyhow, it is ok, DIY is really my thing~~ I will try this on the spider first and see how it works. If it works well, then I will optimize the injection~~ Crossing fingers to this~~ Till then..
