Double is Better than Single

Again today, I am amplifying the NT and CT regions of MaSpCL on the newly extracted plasmids. This is because next week, I will be doing the nanopore sequencing to get the full sequence of MaSpCL. Indeed, I have already checked the presence of these two regions but the sample batch has been used up completely. Thus, I had to extract the new batch. As the PO for the nanopore sequencing has already been issued when I received a call from the R&D this morning and the REs will be here next week Tuesday, everything must be ready before hand. Therefore, this week is the right time! Crossing fingers to get a positive result for today. Yosh!
