C2 of The Phage Cells

 Hello again... It has been a while since I posted the last activity on cloning the pMaSpCL. It was really tiring to determine the right positive colony but yet after so many trial and errors, I finally managed to get the right one which is the C2 of the T1 Phage cells....

                              The cells bearing  the pEasy plasmid containing the insert of mine..yeay..
