My Precious~~~

Yesterday although it was weekend, I still came to lab to settle with the plasmid extraction from the newly cultured C2 colony. It was a very critical for me as to ensure that I have more than enough insert pMaSpCL for sequencing later on. So routinely prior to extraction, I would normally save one portion for the glycerol stock just in case anything happens to the culture and the plasmid itself. It took me overnight to grow the cells under optimal condition in an incubator. Hopefully, the plasmid still contains my MaSpCL insert! Crossing fingers to this~~
