Never Give Up~

Yesterday I felt so down to find out that out of 20 injected eggs, only two were intact but the dye was no where to find inside the embryo. In fact, these 20 eggs were those I called successfully injected with the dye as they glowed under the UV microscope. Unexpectedly, the remaining eggs were found to shrunk. It was a sad day that I had to go back home and morn! Nevertheless, this would not put my spirit down at all as I will try again very hard to develop the technique perfectly!
