Today, I managed to obtain more than hundreds of embryos from the 7th generation of lyoni inbred in the laboratory. The pairs are continuously depositing eggs every week and I have to separate the egg mass from the female and immediately place them in the incubator. I cannot wait to deliver the CRISPR into the eggs to induce knockout mutagenesis. Crossing fingers to this!
