A Good News? I Guess....

This morning, I received a call from GeneSeq informing me the pE-MaSpCL that I sent last week seemed to yield a good read. I had faced so many difficulties to sequence the MaSpCL since the day I obtained the positive clone containing the insert. Though, I did not comprehend much about the histogram, but I could see there were some readings on the it. I really really really look forward to getting the full-sequence using the oxford nanopore sequencing technology. Crossing fingers to this!
