pMaSpCL with The Insert

After 3 days of working with cloning, pcr colony, and LDPCR, I finally managed to get the insert, which is the putative MaSpCL inside the vector. The size is about 11kb which is tally with the size of other typical full length spidroins. But, when it was subjected to sequencing, a problem emerged where the sequencw could not be read properly resulting in short sequences. I need to solve for this problem fast as I need to get the sequence! Crossing fingers to this!
