RepCT & MaSp-CL Amplicon Preparation

 Yesterday was the whole crappy busiest day for me to sample prep the amplicons of RepCT and MaSp-CL. I went to work in the lab at 930 am and finished at 730 pm in the evening. The PCR run was the longest thing I had to wait for about 4 hours and 7 hours approximately. In the morning while waiting for the PCR running, I fed the entire spidey culture including the ones in the incubator. Once the runs were finished, I had them purified and finally checked them on the gel. At about 7pm, I packed them properly and ready to be couriered for NGS sequencing on Nanopore.
