Meeting with the Supervisory Committee

 Early this morning, I headed off to the lab after a quick jog to run the PCR optimization steps for my RepCT2 gene. Actually it was done two days ago at Ta values of 53, 56 and 58. I had a good result at 56 degrees celcius where the large amplicons of 7kb, 5kb and 4 kb bands appeared. Today, I narrowed down the range to 55 and 54 alas, only 4kb bands appeared..Thus, 56 will be selected next week to get the 3 GOI bands.
