CRISPRling?

Yesterday, I finally went back to the lab to check on the eggs. Surprisingly, most of the developing eggs have metamorphosed into prenymphs. However, I could not tell the difference whether they have been 'edited' by Cas9 because I still need to wait for them to hatch in order to see the deleterious effect on silk production. All I could observe was that the developing prenymphs were all look alike~Lets wait for another one or two days to give them way to hatch! Crossing fingers to this!
