Away with Microinjection Optimization

It has been while since I updated the last post. It was really a hard time these days because I  have been really busy in performing the optimization embryonic microinjection. Previously, all microinjection was done in dry condition and resulted in low number of survival rate of the embryos but now, oil-based injection has been adopted and on-going. So far, the result was progressive though still far from reaching a good result. Crossing finger to this, yosh!
