MaSp-CL Ready for Nanopore Sequencing

 Yesterday, I hit the lab in the morning from 930am to 730 pm (basically Sunday is my working day) to sample prep the 10kb MaSp-CL. Adopting the long-distance PCR method, amplification of MaSp-CL took about 7 hours. Once amplified, I purified, concentrated them and ready to be sent out for Nanopore sequencing.. Hopefully, I can get a good and positive result! Yosh..
