Finally, it came to me well...
This is the first time ever I designed and ordered DNA primers for N-terminal domain of Nephila pilipes.. Not sure if these primers work or not but lets give them a shot! Cross finger to get PCR bands out of them...
Later this evening, I received a phone call from the supplier telling me that the vertical cage exclusively made for the spiders has been almost in the shape..Previously, during the last two years of research, I have fabricated 12 horizontal cages for them and this time, I made the vertical one for them.. Stay tune if you want to know the reason...
