Again the Cas9 Effect??

Hello all, this morning I was shocked to find out that the abnormalies were detected again in the Cas9-injected female. In the previous post, I had explain that they were initially detected in the Cas9-injected female during the screening experiment. This somehow substantiated the fact that, the abnormaly was correlated to the gene knockout. I have to extract the gDNA from them and genotype to see the pattern of gene disruption.
