Feeling Down so Bad

Yesterday evening, I spent the whole time watching the Cas9-injected eggs to hatch, hoping to get the abnormalies among the hatchlings. One by one hatched but none showed abnormal phenotype that was obtained last time. I kept observing them until 3 am in the morning yet they hatched normally. I finally submitted myself to slumber as I could not stand the sleepiness. This morning I woke up and continued observing. What I found was that no abnormalies were detected! Oh my God.. what has happened to my experiment?? Feeling so down...
