Back on Track!

After 2 long weeks of home quarantine, I finally returned back to the lab in USM. Sadly, my spider stock was totally in hunger and those in pairs ate among themselves but only a few of them. The rest were still healthy. So. I fed them again with mealworms and mated the outbred lines to get the eggs for microinjection. To wait for the eggs takes like a week, so I used wild type eggs to practice microinjection on the unit yesterday. To be frank, the injection was slightly better than the previous one, though I need to practice more. And my own capillary needle finally arrived! I can practice injection with freedom from now on..Yosh~
